Hey girl, I’m Meghan!

I am the founder & woman behind Hera Health.

I am a Women’s Health & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. I have been in healthcare for almost 10 years and have enjoyed learning something new every step of the way. I have a vast array of experience in emergency services, psychiatric care, rural health, cardiac medicine, rehabilitation services and primary care. 

You might be thinking… why women’s health and aesthetics?! 

One aspect that I found throughout all of healthcare was the lack of foundational care that women received. I found that women were less likely to be taken seriously, under-heard, and neglected by modern day medicine. 

I chose to change that. 

I have experienced my own struggles with chronic pain and fatigue, endometriosis, and weight gain. After giving birth to my beautiful daughter Luna, my priority about my health shifted completely and I was determined to fight back against the notion that it's "normal" to feel fatigued and run down constantly. My amazing and always supportive husband Jon, pushed me to pursue my dream of creating a welcoming and personalized space for all women.
